Judah Kim is not special—at least not in his pain or his problems. It’s one of many lessons he’s learned from 13+ years of sobriety. This liberating notion has been the key to unlocking his artistic vulnerability. Kim, a proud Korean American from Philadelphia Pa, shares his inner world with the hope that others feel seen, connected and free. Kim’s voice and melodies have been described as very “British.” He blends the sweetness and accessibility from the likes of Paul McCartney, and mixes it with the conviction and power of 90’s Thom Yorke. His music showcases a rich tapestry of Indie Alternative Rock colours akin to Catherine Wheel, The Strokes, Weezer, Oasis, Travis, The Dears, Muse.
